Returns

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and of course want you to be completely satisfied with all our items. If, despite our strict controls, an item does not meet your satisfaction or has a defect, we would like to apologize in advance.

To ensure a smooth return, please note the following:

1. Place the goods in their original packaging in the parcel.

2. Enclose the completed return slip with the parcel and seal the parcel securely.

3. Hand in the parcel at the nearest post office.
