In order to have your customer request checked, please do not send the item to us, but contact your local retailer first.
As a wholesale company, we do not sell directly to customers – complaints are therefore handled by the retailer where you purchased your Schockemöhle Sports item. The dealer will then contact us and will take care of your inquiry or complaint.
For a quick and uncomplicated process, it helps your retailer and us if you provide us with additional details, such as date of purchase, ideally the sales receipt and a description of the defect.
